- Course Progress Limit: You have completed no more than 25% of the course content
- Video Viewing: You have watched less than 25% of the total video lecture time
- Assessment Attempts: You have not completed or submitted more than 25% of course assessments, quizzes, or assignments
- Certificate Status: You have not requested or received a certificate of completion
- Download Limit: You have not downloaded more than 25% of downloadable course materials
3.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to course content, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- You reported the technical issue to our support team within 7 days of discovery
- You provided reasonable assistance in troubleshooting the issue
- We were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-7 business days)
- The issue was not caused by your equipment, internet connection, or failure to meet system requirements
3.3 Course Content Issues
Refunds may be granted if:
- The course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- Essential course materials are missing or inaccessible
- The course quality is substantially below reasonable educational standards
Note: Minor differences in content, teaching style preferences, or difficulty levels are not grounds for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
4.1 Time Restrictions
- Requests made after the 30-day refund window has expired
- Requests for courses purchased more than 30 days ago, regardless of usage
4.2 Usage Violations
- You have exceeded the 25% completion threshold for course content
- You have already received and/or downloaded a certificate of completion
- You have downloaded or accessed a significant portion of course materials
- You have completed the majority of assessments or assignments

- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- You have shared course materials or login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- You have violated intellectual property rights or engaged in fraudulent activity
- You have attempted to circumvent course access restrictions or security measures
4.4 Special Circumstances
- Courses purchased as part of a promotion explicitly stating "no refunds"
- Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient (refund requests must come from the purchaser before redemption)
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal date)
- Change of mind after completing significant course content
- Failure to use purchased course access within the refund period
- External circumstances such as lack of time, change in educational goals, or personal reasons
4.5 Third-Party Courses
For courses provided in partnership with third-party educators or institutions, refunds are subject to the third party's refund policy, which may differ from ours.

6. Refund Methods and Processing
6.1 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

- WowMath Processing: 3-5 business days to process the refund
- Payment Provider Processing: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account

Note: The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times, which are beyond our control.
6.3 Refund Amount
The refund amount will be:
- The full purchase price paid for the course(s)
- Minus any promotional discounts that were applied (refunds are based on actual amount paid)
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
- For bundled courses, refund is calculated based on proportional usage if partial refund applies
7. Partial Refunds
7.1 Course Bundles
For course bundles, partial refunds may be considered if:
- You have accessed only some courses in the bundle
- The unused courses meet standard refund eligibility criteria
- The request is made within the 30-day window
Calculation: Partial refunds are calculated based on the individual course prices, minus any bundle discount proportionally applied to accessed courses.
7.2 Extenuating Circumstances
In rare cases involving serious extenuating circumstances (severe illness, family emergency, military deployment), we may consider partial refunds outside standard policy terms. Such requests:
- Must be made in writing with supporting documentation
- Will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Are at the sole discretion of WowMath management
- Do not set precedent for future requests
8. Course Access After Refund
Upon approval and processing of a refund:
- Your access to the refunded course(s) will be immediately revoked
- You will no longer be able to access course materials, videos, or resources
- Any downloaded materials must be deleted and may not be used
- Any certificates issued will be invalidated
- Your course progress and completion data will be archived but not accessible
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution of the dispute.
9.1 Chargeback Policy
Before filing a chargeback:
- Contact our support team to resolve the issue
- Allow us the opportunity to address your concerns
- Follow our formal refund request process
9.2 Consequences of Chargebacks
Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Ineligibility for future refunds
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs

If a course undergoes significant changes after your purchase:
- You will continue to have access to the updated content at no additional cost
- Significant negative changes that reduce course value may qualify for partial refunds
- Minor updates and improvements are part of course maintenance and not refund-eligible
10.3 Gift Purchases
For courses purchased as gifts:

- Refunds can only be processed before the gift is redeemed

- Gift codes cannot be refunded after expiration
